We're hiring one person to own the systems that keep our shoots running, from gear prep through media delivery. What You'll Do

• Build and pull equipment lists for upcoming shoots
• Handle rental house pickups and returns
• Charge batteries, prep media cards, and inspect every piece of kit before it goes out
• Load and organize the van
• Receive, check in, clean, and re-stow all gear after each shoot
• Own the post-shoot media chain: ingest footage, back it up to the server, mobile drives, and cloud, verify transfers, organize to our folder structure, and return cleared cards to the team
• Keep the studio organized, stocked, and running between shoots What We're Looking For
• Obsessive organization. Someone who genuinely enjoys systems, labels, and checklists
• Reliability above all
• Basic camera and lighting familiarity
• Comfort with file management and external drives
