Responsibilities In this role, this Lead will: Ensure all systems and equipment are maintained at an optimal operational status 24x7. Develop and implement plans to maintain and enhance operational capabilities. Focus will be on process improvement and ensuring facility capabilities meet or exceed industry best practices and operational standards. as well as other related regulations. Manage the Tier 2 Tech Control Help Desk function, ensuring timely support for incidents, service requires and problem resolution. Function as the point of contact and subject matter expert with customer leadership and stakeholders. Provide leadership and mentorship to the Tech Control team, driving performance as well as meeting and exceeding customer service level agreements. Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates must have: 5+ years of experience managing and operating cryptographic facilities. 5+ years of experience managing a Network Operations Center. Demonstrated knowledge in maintaining the operational status of a Tech Control facility. Knowledge in handling and managing incidents and service requests for changes, problems, configuration, and requisitions for equipment and services. Proven ability to provide technical direction and supervision in coordinating, restoring, and reporting functions necessary for effective maintenance of transmission paths and facilities. Strong written and oral communications and the demonstrated ability to influence leadership and stakeholders. All candidates must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
