  • DESCRIPTION
  • The
  • Senior Media Manager
  • is responsible for overseeing and supporting in the development of media strategies and plans for assigned media clients, ensuring the program meets client objectives and helps grow their online business.
The core responsibilities will be to oversee media components of various client accounts via thought leadership, media planning, media buying and execution, as well as vendor relations. The Sr. Media Manager is tasked to lead the media campaign strategy for their assigned clients, anticipate client needs and demands, and to manage all communication plans and projects for the team.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • + Lead the strategic media planning/execution and serve as a resource for junior staff for advice and counsel.
+ Think strategically about complex programs for assigned client relationships by providing thoughtful recommendations and action plans for campaigns that drive high ROI. + Media Leader who contributes to media strategy, builds solid relationships with clients across all levels and functions, and execution. Presents to clients and internal teams, with the ability to effectively communicate overall plan strategy, including tactics across all media types. + Define, manage, optimize, and improve success metrics across all digital media channels, and at the group, team, and individual levels. + Ensure that clear strategies, targeted and optimized media mix, innovative messaging, continual test and learn, and actionable measurement are in place. + Manage media IOs and POs to ensure partners are paid accurately and in time.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education Requirements:
  • + Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
  • Work Experience Requirements:
  • + 5-7+ years experience in the media industry. + Experience in digital marketing / media and current knowledge of trends and innovations in digital media. Strong background in performance and commerce/retail media required. + Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) + Confident and effective at building trusted strategic relationships with partners.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
  • + Working knowledge of Insights tools and (including but not limited to) Sam's Club Connect, Walmart Connect, Costco, Instacart, and Kroger retail media platforms.
Also in-depth knowledge of closed-loop reporting. + Creative problem-solver working with data both to solve problems and tell the story effectively. + Confident presenter and clear, persuasive communicator (verbal and written) of complex data/details. + Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic (including Display, Video, Native, Audio) and Retail.com experience desired. \#DiscoverYourPath
