Zion City is looking for an exceptional Director of Video to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of every video element across our Live Production ministry. What You ll Do As Video Director, you ll lead every aspect of live video production while helping shape the future of our production environments.

You ll:

Lead all live production video systems across multiple ministry environments Develop and execute broadcast strategies for weekend services and special events Oversee cameras, switching, routing, recording, replay, livestream, projection, and video distribution systems Build, recruit, train, and develop volunteer production teams Partner with Worship, Creative, Communications, and Production leadership Plan future technology upgrades and equipment investments Troubleshoot and solve technical challenges under pressure Establish systems and workflows that increase excellence and consistency Stay current on emerging production technology and industry best practices Help create engaging visual storytelling that supports worship and ministry What We re Looking For You thrive in fast-paced environments. You re passionate about creating broadcast experiences that remove distractions and point people toward Jesus. Preferred Experience Two or more years leading live video production Experience directing live broadcast environments Experience with livestream production Knowledge of modern production workflows and broadcast infrastructure Experience leading volunteers or technical teams Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience working alongside vendors and contractors Comfortable learning new software and production technologies Experience with platforms such as Blackmagic Design, Ross, Panasonic, Sony, PTZ systems, ProPresenter, NDI, Dante, Unreal Engine, Resolume, or similar technologies is beneficial but not required.
