Director of Table Games We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Table Games with 5-10 years of table games management experience and a proven track record of multi-property oversight, to oversee table game operations across our two casino properties - Quechan Casino Resort and Paradise Casino. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, revenue growth, and an exceptional guest experience, while ensuring consistency across all table game operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with extensive experience managing live table games, including blackjack, craps, roulette, and specialty games, within a dynamic casino environment. In addition to strong expertise in table game operations, this position requires the ability to develop and implement standardized policies and procedures across multiple properties, and experience introducing new games, promotions, and loyalty initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance the guest experience. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Gaming Management, or a related field is preferred. The successful candidate will bring exceptional leadership skills, operational excellence, strong business acumen, and a passion for innovation within Tribal gaming, while fostering high-performing teams and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
