- Operates as both a prime contractor and subcontractor specializing in permanent markings, striping, epoxy, paint, rumble strips, and thermal paint applications Job Description
- Lead and oversee the estimating department across three regional locations, driving consistency and excellence in bid preparation
- Manage two Senior Estimators as direct reports while providing strategic direction for the entire estimating function
- Streamline and optimize the bidding process to maintain the department's capacity of approximately 1,000 bids per year with a 2-3 day turnaround
- Collaborate closely with the three founders at each location to understand legacy estimating practices and assume full ownership of the estimating function Key Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of estimators in a fast-paced environment
- BS Degree preferred
- Background in striping, construction, or related industries strongly preferred
