We are seeking a full-time SMI Production Director to inspire people to follow Jesus by providing strategic leadership to our production teams and overseeing all production-related operations across our campuses. In this role, you will report directly to the SMI Service Programming Director and collaborate closely with multi-campus teams to produce unforgettable worship experiences.

Volunteer & Team Development:
Recruit, schedule, train, and pastor a thriving community of production volunteers and professional contractors. Run production training events and lead quarterly Production Directors meetings.
System Standards & Maintenance:
Establish church-wide standards for all production equipment. Track and manage production assets, construct preventative maintenance schedules, order new equipment, and lead stage and auditorium cleanliness.
Local Campus Care:
Collaborate with local staff to ensure Sunday technical needs are met, and step in as a local campus Production Director when needed.
WHO YOU ARE
Technical Expert:
You have a deep, practical understanding of Audio, Video, and Lighting (AVL) systems, stage design, and systems troubleshooting.

Schedule:
Full-time (40 hours/week).
Compensation:
Based on experience and education.
Benefits:
100% employer-paid coverage for medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance.
