The Greater Wichita YMCA is looking for a passionate, community-driven Sports Director to join our team! What you'll be doing: Lead & Inspire - Manage and support sports staff and volunteers. Build Programs - Run high-quality sports programs and offer incredible experiences to our members. Drive Success - Oversee program budgeting, operations, and participate in Strong Community efforts. What we're looking for: At least 1 year of management experience (hiring, team development, and budget management) Experience in sports/recreational programming A Bachelor's degree in a related field
