Ready to make a real impact on and off the court? If you love sports, building strong community programs, and leading an amazing team, this might be your dream job. The Greater Wichita YMCA is looking for a passionate, community-driven Sports Director to join our team! What you'll be doing: Lead & Inspire - Manage and support sports staff and volunteers. Build Programs - Run high-quality sports programs and offer incredible experiences to our members. Drive Success - Oversee program budgeting, operations, and participate in Strong Community efforts. What we're looking for: At least 1 year of management experience (hiring, team development, and budget management) Experience in sports/recreational programming A Bachelor's degree in a related field
