Job Description
Commercial Roof Director of Installation Just this week over here at GPAC we partnered up with a very reputable client who is looking to bring on a Commercial Roofing Installation Manager to their team. They are experiencing their Regional Director of Installation retiring in the coming months and want to bring on a successor to the role. This position is one that is paired with great growth potential as well as above market compensation. Not too mention that the company has been a staple of their industry and is known for doing impressive and complete work Commercial Roof Director of Installation Duties
- Will be in charge of overseeing all Project Managers
- Is also responsible for running the production team
- Must be able to fully explain and understand all commercial roof systems (TPO, EPDM, BUR, Mid-Bit, etc.)
- Internal processes such as invoice oversight and training of new PM's Commercial Roof Director of Installation Experience required
- 4+ years of Commercial Roof Management experience
- Must have experience with having direct reports
- Must have experience communicating effective negotiation skills with important clientele
- Must be tech-savvy and preferably able to complete bids and takeoffs yourself so you can effectively oversee projects Benefits for a Commercial Roof Director of Installation
