Hiring Department Athletics and Recreation Job Description Oversee and develop a robust club sports program which provides direct support and supervision to assigned club teams while providing indirect support to remaining competitive organizations

Coordinate program logistics including eligibility verification, roster management, and event or practice preparations for club sports programs

Develop and maintain schedules for all competitions, events, practices, and travel per club sports approved guidelines

Provide direct advisement to Club Sports Council and indirect advisement to its constituent members

Coordinate specific programs or support team engagement in enrollment and/or recruitment functions

Provide training and educational support as appropriate with specific focus on sport events, travel management, and health/safety standards

Collaborate with Recreation Director to establish and devise strategies to meet target metrics

Service to the division of student affairs programs and operations

Shift Monday

• Friday, 8am
• 4:30pm; Occasional evenings and weekends Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in related/relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Anticipated Hiring Range The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $53,976
• 56,000 annually.
