About the Role The Director of Channel Partnerships (OEM) serves as the business leader for ECS's largest OEM and strategic channel partnerships, driving account performance, operational excellence, and long-term growth within a defined partner ecosystem. This role owns executive-level relationships, business strategy, and cross-functional alignment for ECS's most significant OEM partnership, ensuring mutual growth, operational success, and long-term value creation. This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to executive leadership and significant influence across the organization. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and operator. You'll develop deep partner relationships, identify opportunities for growth, improve business processes, and align cross-functional teams around shared objectives to maximize the success of ECS and its OEM partners. What You'll Do Global Strategic Account Leadership Own the commercial strategy, performance, and long-term success of ECS's largest OEM and strategic channel partnerships Develop trusted relationships with executive, commercial, and operational stakeholders Lead account planning efforts that drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention Identify opportunities to expand ECS's value and influence within the customer organization Partner with global customers and internal teams to align business objectives and deliver measurable results Commercial Performance & Business Management Lead forecasting, budgeting, pricing strategy, and overall financial performance Establish key performance indicators and monitor account health Deliver business insights and recommendations to executive leadership Balance growth opportunities with operational realities and profitability objectives Identify and mitigate business risks before they impact performance Operational Excellence Evaluate and improve commercial processes, business rhythms, and operating discipline Drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer experience and organizational effectiveness Improve forecasting accuracy, planning processes, and execution consistency Lead resolution of complex customer or operational issues Cross-Functional Leadership Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support Influence and align cross-functional internal teams and a diverse network of global partner stakeholders, driving execution and accountability without direct authority Lead initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, and business performance Foster collaboration that strengthens both customer outcomes and internal execution Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic account management, channel management, business leadership, commercial operations, or a related discipline Proven track record of growing strategic customer relationships and delivering measurable business results Experience working across global organizations and building effective partnerships with international stakeholders Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment across multiple business functions Strong financial acumen, forecasting, budgeting, and business planning skills Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable business outcomes Preferred Qualifications Experience managing complex OEM, channel, or strategic partner relationships in a global, matrixed business environment Background in industrial, manufacturing, building products, or technical solutions industries Experience leading process improvement, business transformation, or operational excellence initiatives Demonstrated success building influence, developing talent, and driving results within a matrixed organization Equal Opportunity Employer Engineered Corrosion Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
