Job Overview The HORECA Commercial Specialist role supports the HORECA Director and all company-wide HORECA projects. The Specialist leads efforts to steward all elements of the HORECA business including fountain, Bottle/Can, and various RTMs. The specialist collaborates with all stakeholders, solicits feedback, and includes input into HORECA plan adjustments to meet the needs of the Director and business. The position will be the HORECA project specialist SME for the organization. The HORECA Commercial Specialist will be responsible for managing the HORECA budgets. The role will be Charlotte corporate office based and include some limited field travel.

Duties & Responsibilities Supports HORECA project stewardship assisting the Director and HORECA business. Prepares commercial communications for HORECA initiatives. Evaluates HORECA results, provides updates to course-correct, and keeps initiatives on track. Manages HORECA commercial budgets, ensures budget compliance, and solicits additional investments as needed Engages with cross-functional partners, solicits feedback, shares learnings Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Marketing Understanding
  • Ability to understand brand and channel commercial strategy while at the same time be committed to development and implementation of short-term brand and channel commercial initiatives that have a direct impact on the local Region goals and objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the local region team including sales operations, key customer leads, RGM and channel commercialization to translate company-wide commercial strategies into applicable region tactics. Project Management Skills
  • Ability to develop detailed projectl plans that clearly articulate actions and accountability to all constituents. Ability to balance a wide array of projects and meet key timelines while following established process for brand and legal approvals. Manages and Understands Data
  • Ability to review a wide array of data analytics and organize the inputs to arrive at a specific conclusion or objective. Proficient with entire MS Suite. Type of Experience
  • The ideal candidate would have experience in project management supporting a leader or team. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree (4 years) Relevant work experience: 1 to up to 3 years Preferred Qualifications A degree in marketing, business or communications is preferred Work Environment Normal office environmentEqual Opportunity Employer
