Job Description

The Sports Performance Director is responsible for delivering extraordinary training experience. The responsibilities extend to managing, scheduling and developing the training team, overseeing the delivery of the AR training system, monitoring athlete development through assessment, as well as observation, communicating with the athlete (and their parents) about the athlete's progression and documenting through the AR Athlete Management System, working with the General Manager and Franchise Owner to make sure the center is clean and organized, and creating an experience that will drive athlete retention rates and referrals. AKA the Head Trainer, is a full-time position based at 3056 Eaton Ave, Indian Trail who must have experience in training youth, teen, college and / or adult athletes; a basic understanding of human physiology; the energy / passion to motivate a group of athletes as they train to improve their speed, power, agility and stamina; and experience in managing, as well as developing a high performing team.
