Overview The Rutgers Division of Intercollegiate Athletics sponsors 24 intercollegiate sports, comprised of 14 women's and 10 men's programs, that compete at the Division I level. The Scarlet Knights are members of the prestigious Big Ten Conference, the nation's premier academic and athletic conference, after officially joining the league on July 1, 2014. Known as "The Birthplace of College Football, Rutgers hosted Princeton on Nov. 6, 1869 in the first intercollegiate football game, with RU earning a 6-4 victory. Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of Jersey is seeking a Director of Analytics, Video and Administration for Men's Basketball. This position will support the program through video operations, analytics, scouting preparation, student-athlete services, and daily basketball operations.
Among the key duties of the position are the following: Manages all video-related functions, including filming, editing, organizing, and distributing practice, game, recruiting, and player development content while maintaining comprehensive digital video and analytics databases.
Assists the coaching staff with opponent scouting, personnel evaluations, game preparation materials, advanced statistical reporting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making and player development initiatives.
Coordinates practice logistics, supports official visits, assists with student-athlete welfare initiatives, serves as a liaison with compliance and ticketing operations, and helps manage day-to-day program needs. FLSA Exempt

Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor's degree. Certifications/Licenses Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Adequate knowledge of computers.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of NCAA and Big Ten established rules, guidelines, policies and procedures. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working at the NCAA level.
