Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, parental leave, PTO — no state income tax What You'll Do Lead VDC implementation from preconstruction through turnover on assigned projects Develop, manage, and enforce project-specific BIM Execution Plans Facilitate multi-trade coordination and clash resolution meetings; prioritize issue resolution Drive constructability reviews that mitigate risk before work reaches the field Manage and mentor VDC Engineers and Coordinators; QA/QC team deliverables, balance workloads, train new staff Support sequencing, site logistics, and phasing with 3D/4D models; validate models against real-world conditions Collaborate with field solutions and layout teams on model-based layout and deployment Enforce and refine company BIM standards, data quality, version control, and model governance Serve as the VDC point of contact for project teams and external partners; support pursuits and executive presentations with visuals and insights What You'll Bring Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related — or equivalent experience 7+ years in construction technology, BIM/VDC, or related delivery roles Proven BIM coordination leadership on large commercial projects Demonstrated management experience within a VDC/BIM team
