- The Senior Director, Commercial Unitary HVAC is responsible for leading the strategic direction, growth, profitability, and market success of the Commercial Unitary business segment.
- As the Senior Director, Commercial Unitary HVAC, you will focus on:
- Business & Growth Strategy
- + Develop and execute the long-term strategic vision for the Commercial Unitary HVAC business + Establish multi-year growth plans aligned with corporate objectives, market trends, customer requirements, and emerging technologies + Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, market adjacencies, and growth platforms + Lead annual strategic planning processes, including market forecasts, growth initiatives, and investment priorities.
- Market Management Leadership
- + Lead global and regional market management activities for the Commercial Unitary segment.
- Product Management Leadership
- + Own the Commercial Unitary product roadmap and lifecycle management strategy.
- Portfolio Marketing Leadership
- + Lead portfolio marketing strategy and commercialization activities.
- Financial Performance
- + Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion across the Commercial Unitary portfolio.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- + Collaborate closely with Engineering to establish technology roadmaps and new product development priorities.
- Talent and Organization Development
- + Build, develop, and lead a high-performing organization across Market Management, Product Management, and Portfolio Marketing functions. + Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, customer focus, and continuous improvement. + Develop leadership succession plans and talent pipelines. + Coach and mentor future commercial leaders within the organization.
- Required education, experiences & skills:
- + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
