Super Soccer Stars - TGA Junior Golf of Central Kansas Soccer Stars / TGA Junior Golf is seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to manage and operate our sports programs in Wichita, Kansas.

Youth Program Leadership:

Lead and grow our Youth Sports Program, introducing sports to children in a fun and educational way Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, camps, and leagues for youth players Implement our curriculum, which incorporates education and life skills such as teamwork, perseverance, respect, and sportsmanship Market and Promote programs to the public

Facility Management:

Our facility serves as a hub for both youth sports programming, offering cutting-edge training techniques and development opportunities. Provide private and group coaching sessions tailored to various skill levels Oversee facility bookings, ensuring an excellent customer experience Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all visitors

Qualifications:

Passionate about youth development Enthusiastic, organized, and self-motivated Experience working with children in a coaching or teaching capacity Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation is required This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact on both youth players and the local community.
