Job Description

Role Description:
The Campus Production Director leads the execution of gatherings through audio, video, and lighting, ensuring distraction-free environments for worship. This role equips and develops production volunteers, oversees AVL systems and service producers, and partners with campus teams to deliver excellent and meaningful worship experiences.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and recruit the development, training and sending of production volunteers Lead the Production Lead Team, including but not limited to the staff Production Coordinator. Oversee Production New serve process. Oversee the planning and execution of gatherings in partnership with the Worship director. Be proficient in one area of AVL, while having the ability to properly communicate the desired outcome of remaining departments. Submit AVL tickets for broken gear or requesting new AVL gear. Lead maintaining the Audio/Video/Lighting Equipment which includes cleanliness of all AVL spaces. Work alongside the Campus teams to provide recordings and edits of gathering moments for archive and review purposes. Recruit and lead the Service Producer Teams. Schedule all AVL positions, including the service producer and host for each gathering. Be a primary champion of prayer at the campus. Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
Additional Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide consistent accountability to Lead Team Members via regular 1:1 Meetings Provide consistent space for Lead Team Meetings no less than 2 times per month. Provide and receive feedback, training and leadership of volunteers as they carry out the vision of Jesus on their level Uphold Biblical priorities in life: committed to Christ, spouse (where applicable), and family. Serve as a member of the Director Team at the Myrtle Beach campus in overseeing and shepherding the vision and direction of the campus. Join in All-Staff events such as but not limited to Fuse Summer Kick Off (FSKO), Gauntlet, Fuse-a-palooza, Quarterly Leader Meetings, All-Staff meetings in Anderson, Easter services, Christmas Services, etc. unless otherwise agreed upon w/ Campus Pastor Help Lead and oversee Local Creative Team in team with Support Ministry. Additional projects and/or assignments as needed
Role Requirements:
This role is full time 40 hours per week. This role is eligible to receive a housing allowance. A Bachelors degree is preferred.
Experience with the following equipment:
Allen & Heath Audio consoles, Hog lighting consoles, Ross video systems, is preferred. Experience with Propresenter, Resolume and Adobe suite, is preferred. This role adheres to a standard schedule, knowing it may fluctuate at times & based on certain needs.
