We are seeking an experienced Radiography Program Director to lead and grow a radiography program in Knoxville, TN. The program currently has approximately 100 admitted students, with anticipated growth to 150-200 students. Key Responsibilities Provide academic and administrative leadership for the Radiography program. Lead program development, accreditation, curriculum, and assessment initiatives. Recruit, hire, mentor, and evaluate faculty. Coordinate clinical education sites and maintain strong clinical partnerships. Manage student advising, faculty teaching assignments, and course scheduling. Teach courses and support student learning outcomes. Manage program budgets and participate in planning and evaluation. Build relationships with healthcare organizations and community partners. Qualifications Master's degree in Radiologic Science or a related field. Current ARRT certification in Radiography and good standing. Minimum 5 years of professional imaging experience. At least 2 years of academic teaching experience. Familiarity with JRCERT accreditation processes. Experience with curriculum development, assessment, and program evaluation.
