- Required Legally authorized to work in the United States Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Operations, or a related field 5 or more years of experience in Commercial, business planning, transformation, operations, analytics, trading support, or related roles Experience working across front-office or trading organizations Familiarity with Commercial long-term performance drivers, resource allocation, stakeholder coordination, and front-office decision-making Advanced or greater proficiency in performance reporting, data analysis, and business tools such as Excel and Power BI What Makes You Stand Out•Preferred MBA or other relevant advanced degree Demonstrated ability to coordinate work across multiple stakeholders, build alignment, and drive disciplined follow-through in a complex business environment Experience supporting transformation, process improvement, or technology-enabled change initiatives within Supply and Trading, Commercial, or a similarly complex business environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced Commercial environment and translate analysis into clear actions for leadership Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple priorities, driving improvement, and maintaining disciplined follow-through Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential business information with sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion Compensation Range This position has a base salary range of $160,200•$195,800.
