Director - The Learning Experience Katy Ventana We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Director to lead the daily operations of our The Learning Experience center. The Director will oversee staff, support a safe and nurturing learning environment, build strong relationships with families, ensure compliance with licensing and quality standards, and help drive enrollment and center growth. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, organized leader who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing an exceptional experience for children, families, and teachers. We are seeking a candidate with three to five years prior experience.
