Job Description
Fidelity Investments seeks a Director-level leader to own DB2 for z/OS performance and capacity across production and non-production environments. You will guide cross-functional teams, translate complex analytics into actionable business insights, and influence capacity planning, modernization, and cost optimization. You will communicate with senior leadership, manage incidents, and collaborate with IBM, CICS, MQ, and cloud integration partners to ensure resilient, cost-effective mainframe
