Alabama:

Auburn, Opelika, Lake Martin, and the towns around them. We're hiring the person behind the camera. Someone else handles editing, scheduling, billing, and office work. You won't spend your evenings sorting photos. Your days are at properties, with clients, and getting finished files delivered. You'll work directly with Alex, who owns Show Digital and still shoots most days. There's no one between you and the person making decisions. You'll hear how a shoot went the same day, and if something isn't working, you can say so. We're growing, and there's more work than one person can shoot.

The role grows with us:

more responsibility and more advanced work as you're ready for it. We welcome both developing creatives and experienced real estate media producers. Camera experience helps but isn't required. We'll teach you our gear and our process. What we can't teach is judgment, reliability, and taking feedback well. Starting pay reflects the work you can confidently handle on your own. The Work You'll photograph and film residential homes and commercial properties: new construction, vacant homes, and homes people are living in. Sometimes the agent meets you there. Often you let yourself in with a lockbox code and work on your own. Photography, reels, and listing video Drone work, once you're certified 3D tours and floor plans Lighting and framing decisions for each space Working directly with agents, builders, and homeowners Organizing files and uploading them as soon as you finish for the day Equipment care Social and marketing content for our channels during quieter weeks Uploads are how every shoot day ends, and they matter. Agents plan their listings around when we deliver, so files go up as soon as your last shoot is done. It's the last step of the day, and we'll set you up to make it quick. Your Week Monday through Friday. The booking window is typically 9 to 5 , and your day ends after your last appointment and that day's uploads. Twilight shoots come up about once a month, always with notice. No weekends. You'll spend part of most days on the road between properties, usually 20 to 40 miles, sometimes more on a busy day. Every mile between properties is paid at the IRS mileage rate. Real estate has seasons. Spring and summer are the busy months; winter brings less daylight and quieter weeks. Slower stretches go to training, our marketing and social media, and gear care. Training Training is matched to your experience, whether you're new to this or already shooting. You'll take on more as you show you're ready, with a check-in around 90 days. Training is paid. There is no unpaid training period. FAA Part 107 certification is required before you fly the drone. You don't need it to apply. Earn it within a reasonable time after you start, and we pay the exam fee . Lighter weeks in winter, busier ones in spring and summer. Your daily hours are set by the shoots booked, not chosen day to day.
