$30-$150 per shoot (depending on service type.) AEV Real Estate Photography® is growing, and we're looking for a talented, personable photographer to join our team! We are hiring a part-time / contracted photographer with flexible availability to photograph residential and commercial properties in and around the primary service area. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves photography, enjoys meeting people, and wants a flexible role with variety, creativity, and room to grow. Most shoots take place Monday-Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend opportunities available. What You'll Do As a real estate photographer, you'll be the face of AEV Real Estate Photography® while working with agents, homeowners, builders, and business owners.
Responsibilities may include:
Photographing residential and commercial real estate properties Capturing video walkthroughs and property marketing content Providing drone/aerial photography and video services Preparing for each shoot and arriving on time and ready to work Communicating professionally with clients on-site Following a scheduled route of appointments Uploading completed work and managing daily workflow tasks Representing our company with professionalism, friendliness, and confidence An FAA drone license is preferred, but not required to apply. If needed, we can help the right candidate work toward obtaining certification. Networking & Growth Opportunities In addition to photography work, there may be opportunities to represent AEV Real Estate Photography® at local networking and marketing events. These may include real estate happy hours, morning coffee meetings, and other professional events. When attending approved events, you will be paid for your time and compensated for approved expenses. Location No two days are the same. One day you may be photographing a mansion in the woods, the next a waterfront condo, a cozy starter home, or a polished commercial office building. Your primary service area will be Gulf Shore, AL, and surrounding communities (i.e. Spanish Ft, Fairehope, Foley, Orange Beach, and East to Perdido Key). Mileage is paid for appointments located outside a 20-mile radius from the primary service area. Equipment Requirements Photography, video, and drone equipment are a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
Applicants must have:
Reliable transportation with a professional appearance A valid driver's license A computer capable of uploading images and completing daily workflow tasks Reliable high-speed internet A smartphone for scheduling and communication We are looking for someone with experience in photography, videography, and/or drone work. Real estate photography experience is a strong plus, but we are open to training the right person who has the eye, attitude, and drive to succeed.
