We're looking for a warm, organized, detail-driven Studio Manager / Wardrobe Stylist to join our team and help create an unforgettable, elevated experience for every family who walks through our doors. What You'll Do Client Concierge & Studio Experience Welcome and care for clients before, during, and after their sessions, creating a calm, luxurious, and personal experience Anticipate client needs and handle details so families feel taken care of from the moment they arrive Build genuine rapport with moms and families — this role requires a natural comfort working with mothers and a true ease with children of all ages Wardrobe Styling Style families for their sessions, coordinating outfits, colors, and looks that photograph beautifully and reflect our editorial, warm-luxury aesthetic Maintain, steam, and organize the studio's wardrobe closet and props Offer thoughtful styling guidance to clients ahead of their session Studio Management Help maintain the studio's appearance, cleanliness, and organization on a daily basis Support day-to-day operational tasks that keep the studio running smoothly Assist with various behind-the-scenes tasks as needed Bonus Experience working with canva Shooting behind hte scene video with iphone What We're Looking For Genuine warmth and patience with children — you know how to make kids comfortable in front of a camera Real experience working with and relating to moms; you understand the emotional side of this stage of life An eye for style, color, and detail Highly organized, dependable, and proactive Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small, close-knit studio environment Prior experience in photography, hospitality, retail styling, or client-facing service roles is a plus, but heart and work ethic matter most

Huntsville, AL (in-studio role)
Part-time:
10-15 hours/week between 9-2
Compensation:
