About the
Role:
Superior Automotive Group is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Automotive Photographer / Inventory Manager to join our team. This hybrid role is essential in helping us present our vehicles with excellence — both online and on the lot. You'll be responsible for photographing all new and pre-owned vehicles, managing online listings, and maintaining up-to-date and accurate inventory data across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities:
Photography & Listings:
Photograph all incoming new, used, and courtesy vehicles using a consistent brand style. Edit and upload high-quality images to our website and third-party sites (Autotrader, Cars.com, etc.). Ensure all vehicle photos are uploaded within 24 hours of arrival.Inventory Management:
Check in new vehicle deliveries and incoming trades. Maintain accurate inventory records, stock numbers, VINs, and status updates. Ensure vehicle descriptions are compelling, accurate, and up to date across all platforms. Tag, barcode, and physically locate vehicles correctly on the lot.Lot & Display Management:
Maintain a clean, professional, and well-organized front-line display. Coordinate with sales, service, and recon departments to ensure vehicle readiness. Identify and report discrepancies or missing inventory immediately.Process & Communication:
Work closely with the sales and digital marketing teams to ensure inventory aligns with dealership strategy. Communicate any photo delays, vehicle issues, or irregularities proactively. Track aged units and notify leadership of long-standing inventory needing re-photographing or reconditioning.Qualifications:
Prior experience in photography or automotive inventory management is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Basic knowledge of photo editing software and familiarity with camera equipment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Familiarity with automotive CRM or DMS systems (NetStar, Homenet, vAuto, etc.) is a plus.What We Offer:
