Position Summary:

As a Preschool Photography Assistant, you will work closely with our team of professional photographers to capture delightful images of children in preschools. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with photography sessions, ensuring children feel comfortable and engaged while capturing their unique personalities. You will assist in setting up equipment, organizing props, and providing general support during the photo shoots. No previous experience in photography is required for this role; however, we are looking for individuals who are passionate, creative, and enjoy working with children. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth, as we provide comprehensive training to develop your skills and prepare you for a future role as a full-time photographer.

Responsibilities:

• Assist photographers during preschool photography sessions, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for children.
• Set up and maintain photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and props.
• Engage with children, helping them feel at ease and encouraging their natural expressions.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining props and costumes.
• Collaborate with the photography team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Genuine passion for photography and a keen eye for capturing memorable moments.
• Willing to learn to become a full time photographer
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with children.
• Early Morning Shift
• A reliable vehicle and able to travel to schools in the Gilbert-Chandler-Mesa area.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and patient attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to set up and carry photography equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
