This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and families, stays organized, and provides excellent customer service in a fast-paced outdoor environment. What You'll Do Welcome coaches, parents, and athletes and answer picture-day questions Organize athletes and help keep teams moving smoothly and on schedule Explain picture packages, complete order forms, collect payments, and process card transactions Use a smartphone for payments, scheduling, and crew communication Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and transport What We're Looking For At least 17 years old Friendly, professional, organized, and comfortable working with children and adults Reliable transportation, valid identification/driver's license, and current auto insurance (if applicable) Smartphone and reliable email access Able to work outdoors for approximately 5-8 hours and lift 5-15 pounds Clear communication, legible handwriting, and close attention to detail Willing to complete a background check if required; an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card is a plus Schedule and Pay Fall season: August through November Saturdays are the primary and busiest workdays Sunday and select weekday assignments are also available Work locations vary by assignment Applicable mileage and travel compensation Starting pay: $16.50 per hour Scheduling and Commitment This is a flexible, event-based opportunity with Saturday, Sunday, and select weekday assignments. You choose which assignments to accept, but once accepted, we rely on you to honor that commitment. Dependability, punctuality, and consistent attendance are essential. Our company's mobile app is required to view available assignments, receive updates, access the team directory and documents, use chat, and access other work-related features.
