This is not a trainee role. You must already be capable of producing clean, consistent photo + video in a client-facing environment.
Non-Negotiables You must:
Have proven photo + video experience (portfolio required) Be comfortable directing agents on camera (walkthroughs, intros, social clips) Understand lighting, composition, and camera movement Be able to execute 2-4 shoots per day consistently Be professional and confident with clients Have reliable transportation Real estate photography experience strongly preferred. What You'll Do Capture MLS-ready photography and clean, modern video Direct on-camera talent to produce natural, confident delivery Maintain speed + consistency across multiple properties per day Shoot with intentional framing and lighting , not point-and-shoot Deliver content aligned with marketing performance and agent branding Pay $25-$40/hr based on experience and production quality Overtime + commission opportunities Mileage reimbursement Equipment provided (or use your own if preferred) Schedule Flexible, not 9-5 Workload driven by bookings and lighting conditions Peak season is significantly busier Majority of work is independent field production
