Job Description
Position Overview CaRe‑3D is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Part-Time Real Estate Photographer to capture high-quality listing photos and virtual-tour content for homes across Humboldt County. This role focuses strictly on on-site photography — no editing required. We handle all post‑production in-house. You'll be photographing residential and vacation rental properties, interacting with clients, and representing our brand with professionalism, warmth, and consistency. Key Responsibilities Property photography — Capture interior and exterior real estate photos with proper composition and attention to detail. Virtual tour capture — Operate 360° cameras to collect walkthrough footage (training provided). Aerial photography — Capture drone photos of properties when required. On-site coordination — Communicate with homeowners, agents, and property managers during shoots. File delivery — Upload raw images and tour data to our internal system after each shoot. Requirements Reliable vehicle — Must have dependable transportation for travel throughout Humboldt County. Availability 3-4 days/week — Flexible scheduling, typically between Monday-Friday. Photography experience — Strong general photography skills accepted. Drone licensing — Candidates must be licensed drone operators or willing to obtain their FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (we can help guide you through the process). Professional communication — Comfortable interacting with clients and representing our brand. Tech comfort — Ability to operate cameras and basic capture equipment. No editing required — We handle all post-production. Compensation Competitive per‑property pay $100-200 per job. Additional pay for large homes and specialty projects.
