This role combines sports cards, entertainment, customer interaction, and live commerce. You'll host live sports card breaks, interact with viewers, build excitement around products and upcoming breaks, and help drive participation and sales throughout the stream. You do not need to be on camera to be successful in this role. If you are camera shy or simply prefer working behind the camera, that is completely fine. Many live breaks are hosted primarily through voice, product presentation, and interaction with the audience. We care much more about your ability to communicate, entertain, create excitement, and connect with customers than whether you want your face on screen. You also do not need previous breaking experience. We can teach the sports card and breaking side to the right person. What You'll Do Host live sports card breaks and collectible shows. Present products, teams, players, boxes, and available break spots. Interact with viewers through voice and live chat. Build excitement around upcoming breaks and new products. Help fill available teams and break spots. Turn viewer interest into purchasing activity. Keep streams entertaining, organized, and moving at a strong pace. Build relationships with repeat customers. Learn sports card products, players, rookies, prospects, and hobby trends. Clearly explain break formats, products, and available opportunities. Accurately handle and identify cards during breaks. Maintain strong energy and communication throughout the stream. Work toward individual and team performance goals. Continuously improve hosting, communication, and sales ability. Comfortable interacting with customers live. Able to keep conversations flowing and avoid dead air. Quick-thinking and able to improvise. Comfortable working behind the camera. Coachable and open to feedback. Reliable and punctual. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Being on camera is optional. Experience That Translates Well You do not need previous sports card experience. We are especially interested in candidates with backgrounds such as: Sports card breaking Automotive sales Retail sales Commission-based sales Bartending Serving or hospitality Casino dealing Customer service Social media Livestreaming Entertainment Other customer-facing positions If you are someone who can talk to anyone, create excitement, and naturally keep people engaged , we can teach you the rest. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer-facing or sales experience. Previous livestreaming or hosting experience. Knowledge of sports cards or professional sports. Familiarity with Whatnot, TikTok Live, eBay Live, or similar platforms. Strong communication skills. Experience working toward performance or revenue goals.
