Senior Studio Portrait Photographer Keane Studios is hiring experienced Senior Studio Portrait Photographers for our San Diego studio. We are looking for confident, energetic photographers who enjoy working with high school seniors and can create a fun, professional portrait experience while consistently producing high-quality images. Our studio environment is energetic, fast-paced, and focused on creating portraits that students and families will be proud to keep for years to come. Key ResponsibilitiesSenior Portrait Photography Photograph high school seniors in a professional studio environment. Confidently pose and direct seniors throughout their portrait session. Create natural expressions and help students feel comfortable in front of the camera. Use studio lighting, backgrounds, props, and equipment according to established photography standards. Maintain consistent image quality while keeping sessions on schedule. Adapt posing and photography techniques to different personalities, styles, and comfort levels. Customer Experience Greet students and families and provide a welcoming, professional experience. Clearly communicate throughout the session and guide students through poses, expressions, and transitions. Answer questions and assist clients with next steps following their session. Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times. Studio Operations & Image Management Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment. Properly handle and care for cameras, lighting equipment, backgrounds, and props. Organize and manage images using studio photo management software. Follow established procedures for cataloging and backing up client images. Review images for proper lighting, focus, composition, posing, and overall quality.
