What You'll Do As a Laser Tag Arena Team Member, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest has an amazing experience.

Responsibilities include:

Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Check in players and assist with registration. Help guests get properly fitted with laser tag vests and equipment. Clearly explain game rules, safety procedures, and gameplay. Start and monitor games to ensure everyone has a safe and exciting experience. Create a fun, high-energy atmosphere for guests of all ages. Answer questions and provide excellent customer service throughout each visit. Keep the arena, lobby, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for play. Assist with birthday parties, group events, and special occasions. Work as part of a team to ensure every guest leaves with a smile. What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Strong customer service mindset. Comfortable speaking to groups and giving game briefings. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Able to stand and walk for extended periods. Weekend and evening availability preferred.
