Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Photographer for a top retail and consumer lifestyle client. This candidate will serve as a key creative contributor responsible for producing visually compelling content across product, fashion, lifestyle, editorial, and brand storytelling initiatives. The ideal candidate combines exceptional creative talent with strong production expertise, owning shoots from concept development through final delivery. This role requires a sophisticated editorial eye, expert lighting capabilities, experience directing talent, and the ability to manage all aspects of shoot logistics and execution. Candidates with advertising, e-commerce, and lookbook experience who thrive in fast-paced creative environments and can bring fresh creative perspectives to an established brand will be highly successful. $40/hr to $45/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location. Skills and Requirements 4-6+ years of professional studio photography experience with a strong portfolio showcasing fashion, editorial, lifestyle, product, and portrait photography Experience shooting for retail, consumer, fashion, or lifestyle brands. Strong studio and location photography skills, including advanced lighting expertise. Experience owning shoots end-to-end, including concepting, production, talent/vendor coordination, and on-set execution. Proficiency with professional camera systems such as Canon, Sony, Phase One, and/or Capture One with the ability to adapt to different equipment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and project management skills. Self-starter with a creative point of view, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to prioritize Crocs as a primary commitment. Experience with global brands or large-scale marketing campaigns Fashion or editorial photography background Motion capture/BTS video creation capabilities Familiarity with: Figma Frame.io DAM platforms Creative toolkit systems Strong eye for casting and talent direction Agency and in-house creative experience Experience producing: Advertising campaigns E-commerce photography Lookbooks
