Duties Capture high-quality photographs and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and commercial projects using professional photography lighting equipment and videography tools. Operate drones for aerial videography flight operations, ensuring safety protocols and legal compliance are strictly followed. Edit and manipulate images using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications to enhance visual appeal and maintain consistent color management. Conduct post-production editing including color correction, photo manipulation, video editing with Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro to produce polished final content. Collaborate with art directors, clients, and social media managers to understand project goals and deliver visually compelling stories aligned with brand identity. Manage photography gear inventory, maintain equipment cleanliness, and stay updated on the latest industry trends in photography lighting equipment and visual storytelling techniques. Assist in planning shot composition, lighting setups, and filming schedules to ensure efficient workflow during shoots. Support social media management by creating engaging visual content that increases audience engagement across various digital platforms. Qualifications Proven experience in professional photography and videography with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects. Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools. Knowledge of color theory, color management techniques, and image processing best practices. Experience operating commercial drones for aerial videography flight operations with proper certification if required by law. Skilled in shot composition, photography lighting equipment setup, and photo editing to achieve artistic vision. Ability to handle filming equipment confidently including cameras, lighting gear, tripods, stabilizers, and related accessories. Strong communication skills for client interaction and collaboration within creative teams. Knowledge of social media trends and content optimization strategies for maximum reach. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail in both photography and video production tasks.
