Job Description
We are seeking an experienced photographer for staff headshots and corporate event coverage at a hotel in downtown Washington, D.C., near the Metro Center/Penn Quarter area.
Dates and Schedule:
September 21: 3:00 p.m. arrival and setup
4:00-5:30 p.m. staff headshots
5:30 p.m. reception coverage for approximately 90 minutes to two hours
Reception coverage will include candid, group, and individual photos September 22: 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
General conference and event coverage
Equipment Requirements:
The photographer must provide all necessary equipment, including: Professional full-frame camera and appropriate lenses
Gray backdrop and support system
Studio lights and modifiers for headshots
Speedlight for reception and conference coverage
All necessary stands, batteries, memory cards, and accessories
Additional Details:
No tethered shooting or onsite delivery is required
This is a RAW-photo-only assignment
No editing or post-production is required
Photographer must be experienced and comfortable using flash in changing event environments
Professional attire and demeanor are required
Parking and meals will be provided
Compensation:
$1,100 flat rate for both days, based on approximately $90 per hour. Please include a link to relevant headshot and corporate event photography in your application.
