Equipment and comprehensive training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for photographers who take pride in their work and enjoy working with students and faculty in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Photograph students and consistently capture high-quality, memorable images. Arrive punctually at schools and properly set up photography equipment before picture-day sessions. Maintain an efficient workflow to keep picture days running smoothly and on schedule. Create a positive, professional, and energetic experience for students, parents, and school staff. Accurately enter and manage student information within photography software. Follow all company policies, procedures, and professional guidelines. Work collaboratively with the portrait team and assist with additional duties as needed. Travel to schools throughout the DMV area up to 60 miles or more and work both before and during school hours, with some afternoon and evening sessions. Qualifications Prior portrait photography experience required; online portfolio must be submitted with application. Available to work through November. Comfortable working with children; prior experience with children preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. Reliable, professional, energetic, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently while maintaining a consistent workflow in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work early mornings, with shifts potentially beginning as early as 6:00 AM. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required; rideshare transportation is not acceptable . Willingness to travel to schools throughout the DMV area.
