The ideal candidate is comfortable being on camera, enjoys interacting with an audience, and has the ability to create excitement around products while driving sales. You do not need to be an established influencer or have a large following—we're looking for someone with personality, strong communication skills, and a natural ability to entertain and sell. Responsibilities Host live shopping streams on Whatnot and engage with viewers throughout each show Present products clearly and enthusiastically while highlighting features, value, and condition Create an entertaining, energetic, and welcoming livestream environment Interact with viewers by answering questions and responding to comments in real time Encourage bidding and purchases while maintaining a positive customer experience Keep the stream organized and moving at an engaging pace Learn product details and become knowledgeable about our inventory Help prepare products and inventory before livestreams Follow company pricing, promotional, and sales strategies Build relationships with repeat customers and help grow our Whatnot community Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while on camera Qualifications Comfortable speaking on camera and in front of an audience Outgoing, energetic, and engaging personality Excellent verbal communication skills Strong ability to think quickly and improvise Comfortable selling and asking customers to make a purchase Reliable and punctual Ability to work independently and stay focused during live broadcasts Previous livestreaming, sales, retail, social media, or content-creation experience is a plus Previous Whatnot experience is a major plus , but not required What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can entertain, connect, and sell . You should be the type of person who can walk into a room and immediately make people feel comfortable. If you're naturally talkative, competitive, charismatic, funny, or simply love interacting with people, this could be a great fit. Experience on Whatnot is helpful, but personality and sales ability matter more than follower count.
