Front Porch Media is expanding into Florida's Space Coast , and we're looking for experienced real estate photographers to help us cover the area from Micco and Melbourne through Cocoa, Titusville and Mims . You do not need to cover the entire territory. We are building a team of photographers throughout the Space Coast and will work around each photographer's reasonable coverage area and availability.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT

Applicants must already own the equipment necessary to photograph real estate professionally. At minimum, you must have: Professional camera capable of shooting 3-5 bracket exposures Wide-angle lens approximately 16-18mm Compatible 360° camera Reliable transportation Real estate photography experience is strongly preferred. If you have the required professional equipment but limited real estate photography experience, you may still be considered as a backup photographer with the opportunity for training.

DRONE & VIDEO OPPORTUNITIES

Photographers who can provide aerial photography should have: Their own professional drone Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate Photographers are responsible for maintaining their own Part 107 certification and complying with applicable FAA requirements when accepting aerial assignments. If you also have experience shooting professional real estate video , even better. Video assignments are available and are compensated separately.

SPACE COAST OFFICE LAUNCH

SEPTEMBER 25 A

major reason we are expanding into the Space Coast is to support a real estate office expanding into the area next month. Applicants selected to work with Front Porch Media are strongly encouraged, but not required, to attend the office launch on Friday, September 25 . You'll have the opportunity to meet me personally, learn how Front Porch Media operates, and meet some of the agents whose listings you may be photographing. That face-to-face time is valuable. It gives the agents a chance to know who you are before assignments begin and can help you start building relationships and receiving shoots immediately as we launch.

COMPENSATION

Photography assignments start at $65 per completed shoot , with compensation increasing based on property size and the services performed.

Additional compensation is available for:

Larger properties Aerial photography Aerial video clips Zillow 3D / 360° tours Interactive floor plan capture Traditional real estate video Walkthrough video Hybrid listing video This is independent contractor work, so the number of assignments and total compensation will vary based on demand, your availability, your service area, and the services you are equipped and qualified to perform.

SCHEDULING

This is not a traditional 9-5 position. You control your own availability and can accept assignments based on your schedule. However, most real estate photography appointments take place during weekday daytime hours , so applicants need to have meaningful availability during those times. This position is generally not a good fit for someone who already works a traditional Monday-Friday 9-5 schedule.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION

Photographers working with Front Porch Media operate as independent contractors and are responsible for their own: Photography and video equipment Drone and FAA Part 107 certification, when applicable Insurance Transportation Equipment maintenance Other expenses associated with completing accepted assignments Front Porch Media handles the client relationship, ordering system, scheduling workflow, media delivery, and post-production workflow so photographers can focus primarily on capturing the property.

We're looking for photographers who are: Dependable and professional with agents and homeowners Experienced with real estate photography or willing to learn our shooting standards Comfortable working independently Detail-oriented and consistent Able to represent Front Porch Media professionally in the field Available for weekday daytime appointments Interested in becoming part of our photographer network as we establish the Space Coast market If you're already photographing real estate in the Melbourne, Palm Bay, Cocoa, Cocoa Beach, Titusville, Mims, Micco, or surrounding Space Coast areas , we'd especially like to hear from you.
