$70-$125 per completed assignment, based on property size Job Summary 360 Realty Photos is looking for an experienced freelance real estate photographer to assist with residential property photography assignments throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity , not a guaranteed-hours employment position. Assignments are offered based on client demand, photographer availability, and preferred service area. Photographers may accept or decline individual assignments based on availability. Compensation Up to 1,500 sq.ft. — $70 Up to 3,000 sq.ft. — $90 Up to 4,500 sq.ft. — $125 Larger or specialty properties — compensation agreed upon before acceptance Payment is issued after completed assignments and successful file delivery. Requirements Minimum 1 year of real estate photography experience Professional DSLR or mirrorless camera Camera must be capable of 5-shot AEB bracketing Professional wide-angle real estate lens Sturdy tripod Professional drone required Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate required Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Computer or laptop with reliable high-speed internet Ability to upload large RAW/bracketed image files Strong attention to detail Professional and courteous communication with agents and homeowners Reliable and punctual Real estate photography portfolio required Preferred Qualifications Experience photographing residential properties Experience with architectural/interior photography Familiarity with HDR/bracketed real estate photography Experience photographing luxury properties, condos, and community amenities Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Equipment Applicants should provide their own professional equipment, including: Camera model Wide-angle lens Drone When Applying, Please Include Full name Phone number City you are based in Preferred service area: Miami-Dade, Broward, or both General weekly availability Camera model Wide-angle lens / lenses Drone model FAA Part 107 status Years of real estate photography experience Link to portfolio or sample real estate gallery Selected applicants may be asked to complete a paid test property before receiving regular client assignments. 360 Realty Photos +1 786-814-5099 360realtyphotos.com
