$70-$125 per completed assignment, based on property size Job Summary 360 Realty Photos is looking for an experienced freelance real estate photographer to assist with residential property photography assignments throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity , not a guaranteed-hours employment position. Assignments are offered based on client demand, photographer availability, and preferred service area. Photographers may accept or decline individual assignments based on availability. Compensation Up to 1,500 sq.ft. — $70 Up to 3,000 sq.ft. — $90 Up to 4,500 sq.ft. — $125 Larger or specialty properties — compensation agreed upon before acceptance Payment is issued after completed assignments and successful file delivery.
