Culture Media is looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Sports Card Breaker & Live Sales Personality to join our fast-growing live commerce team. In this role, you'll host live sports card breaks and sales, engage with collectors in real time, and help create an entertaining experience that keeps viewers coming back. Here at Culture Media, we currently operate one of the largest live streaming operations in the collectibles, fashion, and lifestyle space, with 5.5M+ total followers across all platforms, including 1.2M+ Instagram followers and 640K+ YouTube subscribers. Our network reaches 3.5M viewers monthly with 18.1M views. We're rapidly expanding our sports card and collectibles division, and this is an opportunity to become a key member of the team while working directly with upper-level management to help build and scale the operation. Key Responsibilities Host and manage live sports card breaks and sales across platforms such as TikTok Live and other live-commerce marketplaces Break a variety of sports card products, including hobby boxes, retail products, high-end releases, repacks, and more Understand and clearly explain break formats, including Pick Your Team (PYT), Random Team, Random Division, and other formats Create an exciting, interactive environment that keeps collectors engaged throughout the stream Identify and highlight key rookies, prospects, stars, Hall of Famers, case hits, SSPs, parallels, numbered cards, autographs, patches, and other major pulls Communicate product value, chase cards, teams, players, and potential hits to help drive sales Handle cards properly and professionally, especially high-value pulls Engage with viewers, answer hobby-related questions, and build relationships with repeat customers Stay current on sports, player performance, upcoming rookies, card releases, market trends, grading, and hobby news Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams on promotions, giveaways, new products, and special breaking events Continuously improve stream performance by analyzing sales, engagement, and customer behavior What We're Looking For Strong sports card and breaking knowledge is highly preferred Knowledge of major card manufacturers and products, including Panini, Topps, Bowman, Upper Deck, and more Understanding of rookies, prospects, parallels, inserts, case hits, short prints, numbered cards, autographs, patches, and grading Familiarity with the sports card market, including how player performance and scarcity impact card values Knowledge of breaking formats and the ability to quickly understand which teams and players belong to specific products Strong sports knowledge, particularly across the NFL, NBA, MLB, and/or other major sports Excellent communication skills with a fun, charismatic, and engaging on-camera presence Ability to sell while still creating an authentic and entertaining experience for collectors Comfortable thinking and reacting quickly during live streams Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven Tech-savvy and comfortable using live-streaming platforms, social media, and e-commerce tools Previous experience breaking cards, selling cards, working at a card shop, attending shows, or participating heavily in the hobby is a major plus Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
