We handle the rest. Estate Shutter is expanding across Central Florida, and we're looking for skilled, reliable photographers to join our team. We create premium listing media for Florida's top real estate agents, and we need people who take pride in clean, consistent, professional work. Here's what makes us different: you never chase clients, send invoices, or spend nights editing. You tell our centralized booking system which days you're available, and we only send you shoots on those days. You show up, shoot, upload, and get paid. Our in-house team takes it from there. What You'll Do Photograph residential properties, interiors and exteriors, to a high and consistent standard Capture drone photos and video, 360° virtual tours, and listing video walkthroughs Follow our proven shot list and brand style guide (full training provided) Upload RAW files the same day for our in-house editing team Show up on time and represent Estate Shutter professionally with agents and homeowners What You Bring A mirrorless camera with a wide-angle lens (10-18mm range or similar); a zoom lens is a plus A sturdy tripod and a gimbal for video A 360° camera (Insta360 or Ricoh Theta) A drone and a current FAA Part 107 certification 2+ years of real estate or interior photography experience A strong grasp of the fundamentals: straight verticals, balanced exposures, flattering angles, and getting a home shoot-ready Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license 2-3 days of availability per week, including weekends when possible What We Offer $50-$175 per shoot , depending on package and property You pick your days.
