Production Manager Position Summary The Visual Communications Specialist supports the creation and delivery of high-quality photo and video content that enhances the organization's brand and member experience. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role focuses on capturing engaging content for digital platforms, with a strong emphasis on social media and event coverage. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media Capture and produce compelling photo and video content for social media platforms, including, but not limited to, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook Collaborate with the Production Manager to execute content aligned with brand standards and storytelling goals Assist with editing and formatting content optimized for each platform Event Coverage Provide on-site photography and videography coverage for club events, including evenings, holidays, and weekends as required Capture candid and staged moments that reflect the member experience and club culture Ensure timely and professional coverage across a variety of event types Post-Event Content Management Upload and post event photos to the organization's app in a timely manner following events Assist with organizing and tagging digital assets for easy retrieval and future use Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in photography, videography, or digital media production Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar Proven skills using DSLR cameras and like equipment Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced event environments Key Competencies Visual storytelling and composition Creativity and adaptability Time management and responsiveness Collaboration and communication Attention to detail Work Environment Combination of office, on-location shoots, and event coverage Flexible hours required, including evenings and weekends based on event schedules Ability to sit and stand for extended periods Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Must wear appropriate attire for job duties and environmental conditions Must have reliable personal transportation
