40 hours/week We are a rip-and-ship Pokémon company looking for an energetic, knowledgeable Pokémon fan to be the voice of our overnight live streams . The stream primarily shows your hands and the cards, so you will not need to appear on camera. You will open Pokémon packs for customers, interact with viewers, and keep the stream fun and engaging. Pokémon Knowledge Is a MUST We are looking for a longtime Pokémon fan and collector , not someone who recently got into Pokémon because of the current hype. You should have strong knowledge of the Pokémon TCG and collecting, including: Knowing how to properly pronounce Pokémon names Knowing current and upcoming Pokémon TCG sets Being able to identify hits, rarities, and valuable cards Knowledge of Japanese and Chinese Pokémon sets Understanding card grading and what factors can make a card a PSA 10 Understanding the basic card grading process and what graders look for Comfortable using phone apps to perform real-time card price checks during the stream Strong general knowledge of Pokémon cards, sets, and collecting Your own collection or significant collecting experience A Pokémon knowledge quiz will be part of the interview , and strong knowledge is required. Working Independently After training, you will work alone for the full 8-hour shift . You must be self-motivated and comfortable managing the stream without constant supervision. Streams can be slow, so you must be able to talk continuously and keep the energy up even when there are few or no viewers. Responsibilities Host overnight Pokémon live streams Be the voice and personality of the stream Open packs and interact with viewers Talk about Pokémon, cards, sets, and collecting Perform real-time price checks when needed Perform light packing, including hard sleeving and bubble wrapping cards Keep the workspace clean and organized Requirements Extensive Pokémon and Pokémon TCG knowledge Genuine interest in Pokémon and collecting Knowledge of English, Japanese, and Chinese Pokémon products Understanding of card grading and PSA grading standards Comfortable using phone apps for card pricing Energetic and comfortable talking for extended periods Comfortable working alone for 8 hours Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Comfortable with the 2 AM-10 AM overnight schedule Compensation $15/hour. No tips. Our streams may receive customer tips, but tips are not distributed to streamers. The $15/hour wage is the compensation for this position.
