We are seeking enthusiastic and positive energy Photographers to join an opportunity capturing macro style photographs of customers' eyes/irises at the St pete pier marketplace. The setting will be outdoors but staged and covered, ensuring consistent photo results. Engaging with passersby and potential customers is a key part of the role. Quality is essential, but training will be provided for those eager to learn. This is a collaborative and creative position where your ideas can shape our offerings and increase your earnings.

Creations Compensation:

At first, New Employees will earn either a 17% commission on all sales of photographs and prints or an hourly base pay of $17, whichever is greater at the end of the shift. The goal is to quickly advance your pay structure as you learn, become more confident and a key contributor to the business

• Opportunity for rapid pay advancement for those engaged within the first few months
• The expectation is that commissions will typically easily exceed the hourly rate given employee ambition and engagement for most shifts in season.

Duties:

Arrive ahead of market opening to complete setup.

• Key• Understand our process to enthusiastically sell and answer customer questions.

• Key• Meticulously record and manage customer information for accurate orders and photo identification.

• Key• Coach customers to capture clear, focused shots of a full iris despite issues like eye not fully open while in the photo booth.

• Key• Engage actively with foot traffic to attract customers.

Encourage excitment and interest with conversation and engagement Break down the stall/booth securely at the end of the day.

• key• Promote our professional quality prints or jewelry of customers' photographs in varying sizes.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications (Training Provided): Experience as a Photographer. Familiarity with Nikon cameras and settings. Basic understanding of lighting and macro photography concepts.
