Job Description
We are seeking an experienced contract photographer for a two-day corporate conference at a hotel in downtown West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate must be highly experienced and comfortable shooting tethered professional headshots, covering conferences and live events, and working with speedlights in changing environments. You must be friendly, professional, dependable, and confident interacting with conference attendees. For the headshot sessions, you will be responsible for bringing and setting up a complete studio setup, including a professional backdrop, at least four strobes, lighting modifiers and stands, and a laptop with everything needed for tethered shooting. You must also bring the appropriate professional camera equipment and speedlights needed for conference photography. Headshots will be delivered to attendees on-site through iPads, which will be mailed to you in advance. Instructions will be provided explaining how to synchronize the tethered-shooting system with the iPads. Conference photos will be delivered as RAW files only, with no editing required.
