Resturant photographer / Customer Experience Specialist (No Experience Required)Position Overview We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and reliable individuals to join our team as an Photographer / Customer Experience Specialist. This is a fast-paced position where you will capture professional-quality photos, edit and print images on-site, engage with guests, and provide an unforgettable customer experience. The ideal candidate is someone who naturally smiles, enjoys speaking with people, is confident approaching strangers, and can comfortably adapt to different restaurant, nightlife, and event environments. Sales ability, positive energy, and a strong work ethic are essential. No photography experience is required — we will train the right candidate. Experience as a server, bartender, host/hostess, retail associate, or other customer-facing role is highly preferred. Schedule & Availability Typical shifts are approximately 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM and 11am-8pm depending on the restaurants location and event schedule. Candidates must understand that shifts may occasionally run later than 12:00 AM due to equipment breakdown, end-of-night responsibilities, and returning equipment to the storage location Must have reliable transportation and a dependable vehicle to transport equipment to and from assigned locations Responsibilities Take high-quality photographs of guests in restaurants Confidently approach tables and engage customers with a friendly, professional attitude Maintain a positive personality, smile, and high energy throughout the entire shift Edit photographs using company-provided software and ensure quality standards are met Print photographs on-site and properly prepare final products for customers Actively sell photographs and maximize sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service Move throughout the venue for extended periods and remain engaged with guests Set up, break down, transport, and safely handle photography equipment Pick up equipment from storage before shifts and return equipment after shifts Perform cash handling duties and complete money drops, including deposits at Bank of America or secured company drop boxes Count, organize, and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies Keep accurate inventory records and report missing or damaged items Ensure all equipment is properly secured, handled safely, and ready for the next shift Follow company procedures and represent the brand professionally at all times Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time (up to 6+ hours per shift) Ability to bend, squat, reach, and move frequently throughout a shift Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to safely transport photography equipment and supplies Qualifications No photography experience required — training will be provided Previous experience in serving, bartending, hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable starting conversations with guests and working in busy environments Energetic, motivated, and consistently positive attitude Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations Growth Opportunity We are looking for team members who want to grow with the company. High-performing photographers may have the opportunity to advance into a Floater Photographer position , traveling between multiple locations (up to approximately 25 miles) to provide coverage, train with different teams, and support business expansion.
