Job Description
We have an opening for a photography assistant. MUST be able to interview and begin work/training by September 8th. Local established children's photography company has part-time position for a photographer's assistant. We are looking for an energetic, personable, and dependable person that LOVES to work with and entertain children. We work exclusively on location in preschools and daycares all over the Northern Atlanta area; mostly in Cobb and Cherokee counties.
- MUST have excellent people skills
- Child care experience a big plus
- Must have dependable daily transportation
- Punctuality is expected
- Great time management skills are needed
- Good communication skills
- A flexible team player attitude
- Be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to lift and set up equipment (up to 40 pounds) Assistants' main duty will be to pose children and get those cute smiles during photo sessions. Other duties will include doing everything involved with getting children ready to photograph
- cleaning faces, wiping noses, brushing hair, soothing "criers" and making kids smile, posing, facilitating workflow, and lots of smiling even when you may not feel like smiling.
