Full Job Description Primary Role:

The Sports Department is a fast moving, ever evolving area of the Expressions brand. Your role would be to capture consistent, high-quality individual and team images on-location and in studio for sports leagues and school teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and break down camera stations and lighting kits Follow posing guides and shot lists for individuals and teams Capture sharp, well-lit images with proper framing and expression Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coaches, athletes, and parents Work efficiently to keep shoots on schedule Upload and organize images after shoot according to naming/filing conventions Edit images in a timely manner after picture day Complete orders like banners and graphics Assist with customer service inquiries

Expectations of Applicant:

Understanding of exposure, composition and camera basics We want practicing professional and serious photographers that are looking at improving and learning their skills as a whole Comfortable commuting to and from job sites and carrying equipment Able to edit images in volume in moderate to fast speeds Needs experience with strobes and natural light photography Preferable sports photography/ sports posing knowledge Afternoon Weekday availability Mon-Fri. Weekends may be scheduled according to seasonality.
