Living Ocean Tours is looking for an outgoing, energetic photographer to join our Waikiki snorkel tours approximately 3-4 days per week . Applicants need to have their own laptop - Living Ocean provides the camera equipment. This is a unique combination of underwater photography, guest interaction, and in-person sales . We are looking for someone who can take great photos while getting guests excited about purchasing their photos after the experience. What We're Looking For Outgoing personality with strong in-person sales skills Strong swimmer and capable freediver Comfortable spending significant time in the ocean Photography experience is a big plus Able to quickly learn our photography and editing workflow Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently Excellent customer service skills Able to provide your own laptop for photo editing Living Ocean Tours provides all camera and underwater photography equipment. Compensation $20/hour + 20% commission on in-person photo sales For a photographer who is good at engaging guests and driving photo sales, commission could add approximately $10-$20+ per hour on top of the hourly wage. Your earning potential—and ultimately the number of shifts available—will depend heavily on your ability to create great photos, connect with guests, and generate photo sales. Schedule Ideally 3-4 days per week , photographing guests aboard our Waikiki snorkel tours. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves the ocean, photography, and interacting with people and wants a position where strong performance can directly increase their earnings.
